Restaurant-style Dining at Cornerstone at Canton Assisted Living
At Cornerstone we offer residents a full restaurant-style dining experience with uniformed waitstaff and lots of menu choices. Our kitchen is run by the talented Chef Dennis who designs his own menu every day — it is not handed down from an office. He’s often seen in the dining room speaking with residents, gathering feedback, and incorporating their preferences into future meals. His daily menus include their specific requests, regional favorites, and foods from the culinary ethnic and religious traditions of our residents. Chef Dennis and the Dining team happily make all of our main dishes and soups from scratch each day.
Every menu reflects our Brain Healthy Cooking Program, with selections inspired by the Mediterranean diet. This approach emphasizes nourishing, brain-supportive ingredients such as fresh fish, dark berries, olive oil, and leafy greens. The program is designed to help support healthy blood sugar levels while providing essential antioxidants and nutrients that contribute to brain health.
