RiverGlade Capital Announces New Partnership With Senior Living Residences

Braintree, MA (August 4, 2026) – RiverGlade Capital (“RiverGlade”), a healthcare-focused private equity firm, has formed a new partnership with Senior Living Residences, LLC (“SLR” or the “Company”), a leading operator of senior living communities located in the Northeast. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
RiverGlade has partnered with Tadd Clelland, President and CEO, who has played a key role in SLR’s operations and growth strategy for more than 25 years, including spearheading the development of the Company’s Compass Memory Support Treatment program. Tadd will continue as President and CEO, and the existing senior management team will continue to lead day-to-day operations. SLR’s founder, Bob Larkin, will transition to the Company’s Board of Directors as part of the transaction.
Founded in 1990 as one of the first senior living operators in Massachusetts, SLR manages 24 independent living, assisted living, and memory support communities across Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. The Company operates a pure-play, fee-based third-party management model, and its continuum-of-care approach allows residents to age in place as their needs evolve, supported by accredited, evidence-based programming and specialized dementia care.
