Tadd Clelland, Executive Vice President, Principal 
Tadd Clelland brings a wealth of experience to his position managing operations for SLR’s owned and managed senior communities having worked extensively in assisted living and Alzheimer's care for over 10 years.

He has in-depth experience in sales, community relations, program development and operational turn-arounds.

His specific expertise and interest in residential Alzheimer’s care and his leadership at SLR has led to innovative treatment programs in the company’s Memory Support Neighborhoods which cater to individuals with cognitive impairment. He has spoken locally and nationally on assisted living and Alzheimer's disease and has served in leadership positions for local Alzheimer's organizations.

Mr. Clelland’s background includes serving as Executive Director at several Massachusetts senior communities for SLR, as well as for Hearthstone Alzheimer Care, and as Director of Community Relations for a Marriott Senior Living Services assisted living community in Massachusetts.

Mr. Clelland’s professional affiliations include membership in the Massachusetts Assisted Living Facilities Association (Mass-ALFA), and the Alzheimer's Partnerships of Boston, as well as Bristol, Plymouth and Norfolk Counties. He has a B.S. in Social Work from Nazareth College of Rochester, NY.
