BRAINTREE, MA — Senior Living Residences (SLR) of Braintree, MA has been announced as a recipient of both the 2019 Customer and Employee Satisfaction Awards from healthcare-intelligence firm NRC Health. These awards recognize senior-care organizations across the country for creating an outstanding care experience for their customers, and for engaging and inspiring their associates.
Only four Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Skilled Nursing organizations earned this remarkable distinction. Winners were selected according to the results from NRC Health’s 2018 Resident and Family Experience Survey and Employee Experience Survey.
To qualify, SLR had a high percentage of respondents willing to recommend their assisted living and memory support communities to friends and family, as well as a high percentage of associates willing recommend their locations as a place to work. These measures are known as Net Promoter Scores (NPS), which strongly correlate to customer satisfaction, enduring loyalty, employee engagement and job satisfaction.
