Located within the well-established Golden Pond Assisted Living campus, Compass at Golden Pond offers innovative research-based programming that treats the symptoms of those living with memory loss. SLR's partnership with Golden Pond Assisted Living, brings to the metrowest area a new approach to Alzheimer's care.

A Professional Program Director will oversee our program and living areas, which will serve residents with varying levels of cognitive impairment:

• Individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia clearly benefit from a secure environment, as well as our innovative programming and industry-high staff-to-resident ratio.
• Residents experiencing the early symptoms of dementia (Mild Cognitive Impairment - mild memory problems, some confusion) benefit from a full array of memory support services, all focused on maintaining and improving brain fitness for a higher quality of life.
