SLR’s Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support Groups
We know an Alzheimer’s diagnosis affects an entire family, not just an individual. We are dedicated to assisting and supporting individuals with memory loss and the families and friends who love them. It is so helpful to share your concerns and personal experiences with others who understand what you are going through. Our Alzheimer’s Caregiver Support Groups are facilitated by a Compass Memory Support Program Director who shares their expertise about the disease and arranges for guest speakers who provide specialized information to the group.
