We Value Feedback

Our community is committed to enhancing resident quality of life and as a way to ensure that this expectation is met, our residents and their family members are sent an annual satisfaction survey. Feedback from these surveys is used to inspire innovation and to improve operations, communication, and care for our residents. In order to keep responses and comments as authentic and unbiased as possible, we use a secure third-party software to ensure that survey respondents' identities remain completely anonymous.

Residents and their family members are asked to rate our community on more than 30 different topics and features from our ability to meet their needs and enhance their daily experiences with programming to building amenities and our billing process.

This Resident and Family Rating you see displayed on our website is based on all survey responses to the question “Would you recommend this community?” We use an easy-to-understand scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
